Maintaining a healthy principal/secretary relationship is important, but as a school principal or secretary, that may seem next to impossible. If you're buried in office work, meetings, emails, and juggling schedules on top of what you really want to be focusing on, we can help! Join us for our MESPA School Office (MSO) Workshop where you and your secretary will discuss ways to make your school's office more efficient, balanced, and harmonious. MSO is created specifically for MESPA members and their secretaries.

MESPA's best and brightest principals, in partnership with their administrative assistants, have come together to develop a training to make your school office more efficient, organized, and effective so that you can focus on the work that really matters: kids!

General Information

    • Registration covers the cost of the principal and one administrative assistant. You are welcome to bring additional school office team members for a small fee ($25). You can indicate this during the registration process.
    • Lunch is included.
    • 6 Administrator CEUs are granted upon completion of this training.
    • Lunch will be provided.

    Who is this training for?
    This training was designed for principals and secretaries at all stages of collaboration—from brand new partnerships, to veteran teams. Superintendent (and other administrator) office teams are also welcome to attend!

    Event Cancellation Policy 

    A completed online registration constitutes a bill and a commitment to pay for a full seminar payment. Due to MESPA's incurred costs (i.e. materials, meals, speaking fees, etc.) please know that unfortunately, we are unable to grant refunds within two weeks of the event's start date. Prior to the two-week mark, we are able to issue a refund, less a $50 processing fee. We are sorry, but we unable to issue refunds for no-show registrations.
