Join us for a weekly Fall Scenario Planning Collaboration with MESPA members around the state!


We are stronger together! Beginning July 1, join us Wednesdays, 12:00-1:00pm for a statewide discussion and sharing of ideas as you plan for the 3 fall scenarios as directed by MDE. Please register in advance and the email will contain a secure Zoom link. These meetings are for MESPA members only, though you are welcome to sit in on them with your planning team. 

Meeting format: For now, these weekly meetings are intended to be a casual, open format for MESPA members to share their plans and problem solve with others. Each meeting will be facilitated by a group of MESPA principals. We may shift to a more defined agenda as we progress through the weeks. We will plan to meet weekly through July and will consider adding more weekly meetings as we get closer.

How to get the zoom link: Please click the "Register" button to the left on your screen. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a secure Zoom link to your email. The Zoom link will be the same for each meeting unless you hear otherwise from us. We will send you a reminder email ahead of each meeting.

We will record each meeting and will share the recordings with those who are registered in the event you cannot make one of the meetings.

Please note: our small-but-mighty staff will do our best to troubleshoot with you ahead of meetings, but during meetings, we will primarily be focused on the meeting itself. We will get back to you after meetings if you have specific questions.

  • We know most folks have used Zoom at this point. If you haven't, you can download Zoom here. You can also click "join from browser" during a meeting to join from a webpage.

Event Cancellation Policy 

A completed online registration constitutes a bill and a commitment to pay for a full seminar payment. Due to MESPA's incurred costs (i.e. materials, meals, speaking fees, etc.) please know that unfortunately, we are unable to grant refunds within two weeks of the event's start date. Prior to the two-week mark, we are able to issue a refund, less a $50 processing fee.
