SESSION 1: SELF CARE AND RENEWAL

Friday, May 22 @ 11:00 AM CDT

Led by Erica Tyson, this session focuses on self-care and the habit of wellness around mind, body, heart, and spirit. Each of these contribute to the "whole person" paradigm as we owe it to ourselves to pause, take time for ourselves, reflect, celebrate, and rejuvenate. Register here.

SESSION 2: LEADERSHIP LENS

Friday, May 29 @ 10:00 AM CDT

Led by Matt Miller, this session introduces the timeless and universal principles behind the 7 Habits. These principles help us explore our own paradigms on leadership relating to our students. SESSION 3: PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS

Friday, June 5 @ 10:00 AM CDT

On the Maturity Continuum, the first 3 Habits help us move from dependence to independence and form the foundation of our character and integrity. Here we learn to take responsibility, create a vision for our future, set goals, and prioritize by putting first things first. Register here.

SESSION 4: BUILDING TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS

Friday, June 12 @ 10:00 AM CDT

As we move from independence to interdependence, we highlight the paradigm shift from a scarcity mentality to an abundance mentality. We learn to listen with empathy before sharing our perspective, and we encourage the contribution of others while working together as a team. Register here.

SESSION 5: STAFF ENGAGEMENT- THE SPEED OF TRUST

Wednesday, June 17 @ 10:00 AM CDT
