Roger Aronson has been practicing school law since 1981 and is recognized as one of Minnesota’s foremost experts in the field. Known for his sharp legal mind and his wit, Roger is a favorite speaker at education law events—equal parts informative and engaging.

He serves as MESPA’s trusted legal counsel and lobbyist, advocating for principals at the Capitol and beyond. Roger also represents the Minnesota Association of Secondary School Principals (MASSP) and is Special Projects Counsel for the Minnesota State High School League. He co-chairs the Minnesota State Bar Association’s School Law Conference, sits on the executive committee of BELL (the state’s education lobbyist group), and is a member of both the Minnesota and National Council of School Attorneys. Roger is a proud graduate of St. John's University and the University of Minnesota Law School.
