WALK-N-TALK led by Jayne Ropella. Start outside Atrium 5 Walking is a form of exercise accessible to just about everybody. It's
safe, simple and doesn't require practice. And the health benefits are
many. Walking can help you: stay strong and fit, manage your weight, improve your mood, and lower your blood pressure.
Institute co-chair Jayne Ropella (principal, The Heights Community School, St. Paul) is an avid walker and will lead you on a pre-set route through the hotel hallways. Wear comfortable walking shoes!

 | Dress to move! | How should dress for Institute? Follow the example of Institute Co-chairs Jayne Ropella and Patrick Glynn, dress to move! Exercise Formal through Business Casual.
Perhaps all you need is a pair of tennis shoes with your Business Casual. It's up to you.
What does Exercise Formal mean?
"Think you're going to an upscale exercise class in an upscale exercise
club and your staff is going to be there, rather than to the treadmill
in the basement. Not your sweats. And think carefully about spandex..."
