For graduate teams from the two-day Breakthrough Coach seminar -- who are ready to expand their understanding and application of TBC's Management Methodology™. This program addresses real-work experiences and answers specific situational questions, drawn from practice over time.
In this one-day "reality check" participants will:
Benchmark initial implementation results.
Refine front office procedures necessary for success.
Hone their scheduling process and identify ways to improve it.
Create and practice communications strategies for introducing TBC's Management Methodology™ to the entire school community.
