Have you been in education for 25 years?
The Twenty-Five Year Club is an organization within the Minnesota
Elementary School Principals' Association. Candidates for membership
must have served as a practicing teacher and/or administrator for a
total of 25 years or more, serving 10 or more of those years as an
elementary/middle level principal. An active elementary/middle school
principal must be a current active MESPA member at the time of
nomination.

payable to MESPA.

Rep. Mindy Greiling, chair of the K-12 Finance Committee and E-12 Education Committee, will speak on "The New MN Miracle: School Funding." (Preceded at 11:30 a.m. by lunch at the Chianti Grill.)
- November 6, 2008, 11:30 a.m., Casa Vieja Restaurant, St. Paul. The topic is "School Shooters Perspective of Their K-12 Education." The speaker is Prof. Thomas Hoffman of Hamline University.
- February 4, 2009 at Sheraton Bloomington Hotel during Institute. The meeting is at 3:00 p.m. and we will honor Dave Abrahamson as our Outstanding Educator.
- April 15, 2009, 11:30 a.m. at Casa Viejo at 6 W 7th, St. Paul (651-695-8206; one block to the left when coming down the winding hill on Snelling Avenue as it ends at the bottom of the hill at W 7th St.) The topic is "Life in Education Beyond Retirement." This will be a panel of retired principals sharing their new employment or volunteer experiences -- interesting stories of life after retirement.
