Thank you for 14 years of amazing accomplishments and success. Though our doors will close on December 31, 2009, our important work and programs will continue through you. |
I
have some news I'd like to share with you today.
Two
years ago, the National Institute on Media and the Family's board of
directors started strategic discussions about the organization's
evolving mission and goals. The current challenging economic
environment accelerated those discussions. As a result, the Institute's
board of directors made the decision to close the Institute, effective
December 31, 2009 and to begin transitioning the programs to other
organizations who share our mission and values. |
It's been a privilege to work with all of you. |

| Additional Information |
What will happen to the Say Yes to No Parent Program?
As with all the Institute programs and resources, the board is in
discussion with other organizations to transition the SYTN assets to a
new organization. The latest information about the transition can be
found at MediaFamily.org. |
Will I still be able to buy Institute products, including Say Yes to No kits, workbooks, books, etc?
The materials will be available at SayYestoNo.org while inventory is available. |
I just attended a Say Yes to No Leader's training and/or bought a Say Yes to No Leader's Kit. Should I still continue scheduling parent workshops?
Yes! We believe that you are the best ambassadors for continuing the
Institute's mission and programs. SayYestoNo.org will stay active to
support your work. |
How will I access the Say Yes to No leader resources after December 31, 2009?
Go to SayYestoNo.org. We plan to keep this information current for our trained leaders. |
Who do I contact with questions?
