The Minnesota Elementary School Principals' Association is a statewide
association serving a membership of 950+ elementary and middle level
principals, and is affiliated with the National Association of
Elementary School Principals. A collaborative, grassroots association, MESPA provides Minnesota elementary and middle level principals with:

- Legal and legislative advocacy
