What is the ECRA School Leadership 360° Appraisal?

The ECRA School Leadership 360° Appraisal is a powerful tool for helping educational leaders improve, grow, and develop their leadership skills.

The multi-source assessment collects appraisal input in the areas of:

How does ECRA School Leadership 360° Appraisal work?

The ECRA School Leadership 360° Appraisal is a system in which educational leaders complete a self-assessment and receive anonymous, confidential feedback from the people who work around them. The appraisal instrument is an easy-to-use online survey based on extensive research and best practices.

The ECRA School Leadership 360° Appraisal is enthusiastically supported by the Minnesota Elementary School Principals' Association.
