These packbacks bring relief
When Jordan Elementary School Principal Stacy DeCorsey talks about caring for the whole child, she really means it.

Education, to DeCorsey, isn’t just about teaching children to read, write, and do arithmetic. She said students also need to be healthy to be effective learners.

That’s why DeCorsey has implemented health-minded programs like Blessings in a Backpack, which provides weekend food items to children in need.
