Rosie Mitchell, MESPA Membership and Communications Associate
Rosie Mitchell has been with MESPA since 1985. This longevity makes her the MESPA historian -- better than anyone, she knows our association's stories.  As the Membership and Communications Staff Associate, Rosie oversees all aspects of membership marketing (from membership forms, letters, and e-mail contact, to the member database), plus she coordinates the weekly E-Newsand many other duties.  She is a staff liaison to the Membership and Retirement Committees, and assists with EPAC.

Rosie received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism from West Virginia University.  She grew up in Virginia, just outside of Washington D.C., but raised her children here and has been loyal Minnesota transplant since 1980.
