Professional Development for Leaders
"My MESPA membership means:  I have access to great professional development specific to my role as an instructional leader; I can contribute to the mission and vision of education in Minnesota; and I am connected to professionals who understand the complexities of being an elementary principal.”
-- Paul Anderson, principal, Sand Creek Elementary, Anoka-Hennepin

MESPA enhances members' professional status through programs continually refined to best suit elementary and middle level principal needs. The association supports an annual calendar of professional development at the state and division level -- and provides continuing education credits.
