Learn the art and science of principal-to-principal mentoring.

NAESP brings its three-day PALS Leadership Immersion Institute to Minnesota.
PALS is the acronym for Peer Assisted Leadership Services. Within the context of national principalship standards, PALS participants explore the theoretical foundations of adult development, adult learning, and mentoring. From this foundation, participants learn practical techniques and strategies of the mentoring relationship. Technology training is provided for on-line activities. Learn to problem solve within distributed leadership, to help others bring their strongest skills to our profession.

Upon completion of this three-day program, participants may transition into a nine-month Mentors-In-Training internship.
