Making strong leaders even stronger. The Minnesota Principals’ Academy is a powerful and much-needed
source of support for principals across our state as they play their
critical and challenging roles in improving schools and raising student
achievement. The University of Minnesota’s Consortium for
Post-Secondary Academic Success is coordinating the academy.
The academy is
funded by Minnesota Legislature appropriation,
and was created in collaboration with the:
- Minnesota Department of
Education
- Minnesota Elementary School Principals' Association
- Minnesota Association of Secondary School Principals
- University of Minnesota
Using a train-the-trainer delivery model, the Minnesota Principals' Academy plans to provide continuing leadership development for
