Back to School Address from President Obama
9/3/2009 4:30 PM
Message from P. Fred Storti, MESPA Executive Director:  President Obama has announced a plan to address students on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. (Noon Eastern) on the importance of education.  This is intended as a positive, inspirational message, to welcome students into their school year. There has been some concern around the country, and around the state of Minnesota, concerning this address. Today (Sept. 3, 2009) I spoke with MESPA President Jon Millerhagen and we concur with the message  below, that was sent today to the Bloomington Public Schools from their district administration.
