Brought to you by the Ed Leaders Network affiliates:
Illinois (IPA), Indiana (IASP), Kentucky (KAESP), Michigan (MEMSP and MASSP), Minnesota (MESPA and MASSP), Missouri (MAESP and MASSP), Ohio (OASSA), and Wisconsin (AWSA).

Grounded in the belief that education leaders impact student performance, the ELN:

Works Within Your Busy Day. ELN webinars are designed to be approximately 15-30 minutes in length.  This allows for easy viewing over your morning coffee, while you open your mail and during lunch.

Promotes Learning. ELN webinars not only allow you to pass on what you have learned, but you are also encouraged to watch these high quality webinars with members of your staff during "lunch and learn" sessions, faculty meetings and in-service days.

Increases Collaboration. The ELN community has been designed to provide you access to your peers and leadership experts from around the country.  You are invited to take part in a discussion group, blog your thoughts on educational leadership and upload resources into the ELN Library that will benefit your colleagues.

Is Available On-Demand, 24/7.  Always just a click away.
The Ed Leaders Network is a collaboration of several state principal associations. The goal is to provide high quality, on-demand professional development webinars and professional networking communities to educational leaders. We believe that educational leaders impact student performance. It is our mission to provide professional development content that will assist you in your pursuit of improving your learning community.

Watch anywhere!
Watch Webinars Anywhere!  The Ed Leaders Network has partnered with a company called Brainshark to bring you an enhanced video player that allows for playback on the iPhone, iPad and other mobile devices. This upgrade has also made possible the ability to download and print a "certificate of completion" for each webinar you view. You will also notice a more easily accessible "attachments" button for downloading the presentation handout, and a larger "full screen" viewing experience.

Share with staff -- Or at your MESPA division meetings!
ELN webinars not only allow you to pass on what you have learned, but you are also encouraged to watch these high quality webinars with members of your staff during "lunch and learn" sessions, faculty meetings and in-service days. The State Mandated Trainings are a perfect opportunity to gather your staff together and promote learning on these important topics for educators. Each training also includes an attached "sign in sheet" to be completed and kept as verification that your school is compliant with the required trainings in your state.
