Bloomington principal on NAESP/NASSP Principal Evaluation Committee
(September 2011) -- Jon Millerhagen, principal at Washburn Elementary, Bloomington, has been appointed to represent NAESP on the joint NAESP/NASSP Principal Evaluation Committee. The committee is charged with developing comprehensive guidelines for effective principal evaluation, and is comprised of practitioners from both organizations representing a variety of schools and locations. They will be joined by two researchers: Dr. Seven Ross (Johns Hopkins Center for School Reform) and Dr. Matt Clifford (American Institute for Research).






Mission: The Minnesota Elementary School Principals' Association is dedicated to promoting and improving education for children and youth, strengthening the role as educational leader for elementary and middle level principals, and collaborating with partners in education to assist in achieving these goals.
