Registration Fee: Registration before Oct. 28. $545; after Oct. 28, $575

Payment options: We accept checks or purchase orders. We cannot accept credit cards.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: $75 cancellation fee up to Oct. 28. There are NO refunds after registration due date.
