Registration Fee: Registration before May 4. $535.00; after May 4, $550.00

Payment options: We accept checks or purchase orders. We cannot accept credit cards.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: $75 cancellation fee up to June 1. There are NO refunds after registration due date.
