Secured and Prepared schools are the focus of the upcoming third annual Minnesota School Safety Center Conference February 24-25 at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center, Plymouth.
Featured key note speakers include: Paul Timm, President of RETA Security, presenting: School Security Strategies, and Cordelia Anderson, founder of Sensibilities Inc., presenting: The Impact of the Sexually Toxic Environment on Schools.
Numerous breakout and training sessions will be held on current school safety issues including; cyber bullying, radicalization and terrorism, school data and safety, defend in place, threat assessment and much more.
Who should attend? K-12 educators, school administrators, student support services personnel, emergency managers, law enforcement professionals, community emergency responders, and others concerned with school safety.
Cost? For registrations received between January 1 and February 10: $209 per person. For registrations after February 10: $229 per person.
