We want you to be comfortable and ready to get up and move!
  • Tour the exhibits.
  • Take in the focus sessions.
  • Maybe start your day with Yoga, Walk and Talk, or Boot Camp!

Perhaps all you need is a pair of tennis shoes with your Business Casual. It's up to you.

What does Exercise Formal mean?  "Think you're going to an upscale exercise class in an upscale exercise club and your staff is going to be there, rather than to the treadmill in the basement. Not your sweats. And think carefully about spandex..."
