Olivia Gault has 25 years experience in communications and public relations working with education, social service, and health care institutions.
As MESPA Director of Communications and Professional Development, she creates and implements the association’s communication and marketing strategies, and has redefined it's audience and message to more clearly target the needs of today’s principal.
"Communication is a team effort," says Gault. "The staff and board of directors periodically assess MESPA’s effectiveness in achieving our vision to be the premiere resource for preparing today's principals for tomorrow and a strong leading voice for public education. I then hone our public relations, communications, and professional development tools to attract and maintain business, education, legislative, and community partners – while continuing to support the intent of our vision."
