TeamWorkWeb_5
The MESPA Southwest Division leaders did their best to work together in filling the jar with important things first!

What will MESPA accomplish in the coming year -- and how will be keep our association's activities relevant as we look toward the future? Our statewide goals are set during the annual MESPA Leadership Conference.

The 2011 Leadership Conference for MESPA officers, division presidents, division presidents-elect, committee chairpersons, and committee representatives from each MESPA division was held September 25-26, 2011 at Breezy Point Conference Center near Brainerd.

The statewide committees are: Communications, Educational Advisory, EPAC (Elementary Principals Action Committee), Legislative Resolutions, Membership, Minnesota School of Excellence, Negotiations, Retirement.

These school leaders planned the association's priorities and actions for the year -- within the context of the five goals of the MESPA Strategic Plan. Thank you to all of these members for their time and commitment to MESPA!

The conference was preceded and followed by the first MESPA
