Bullying: What Can MN Schools Do About It?

This Webinar will provide an overview of the issue of bullying, what research shows us works in bullying prevention, and practical strategies schools can use to address the issue.

Participants will be introduced to the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program, the most researched and best-known bullying prevention program available today.

Participants will learn to:

  • Describe what bullying is and its consequences for students and schools.
  • Explain strategies that effectively reduce bullying in schools, based on current bullying research.
  • Evaluate whether your school is ready to address the issue of bullying.
  • Describe the components of the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program, the leading program to address the issue of bullying.
